Final Resolution
The representatives of Ibn-e-Sina Research and Development Organization, after a year of almost around the clock working, and approval of the respected authorities of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan luckily succeeded to hold its 1st manual international conference on Afghanistan future economic development on November the 6th, 7th and 8th 2023, in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan,
This conference was organized and hosted, without any political and financial dependency on foreign countries, by Afghans living abroad and inside the country.
The main goal for holding this conference was to present a strategic view with defined goals, prepared by the volunteer experts of Schiller international institute, to rebuild the by successive wars devastated economy of Afghanistan and as a result make it self-sufficient.
After successful 3 working days of the mentioned important conference, the following resolution has been issued:
- Ibn-e-Sina R&D Organization, as organizer and host, and all participants of the international conference on the future economic development of Afghanistan, express their gratitude to honourable officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, especially: His Excellency Maulvi Abdul Kabir, the honourable Deputy of Prime Minister of IEA for political affairs.

His Excellency Maulavi Amir Khan Motaqi, the honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs of IEA.

His Excellency Moula Hedayatullah Badri, the honourable minister of finance of IEA for their approval and generous support to hold this International Conference in Kabul.

Mr. Mauvlawi Amir Jan Saqeb, the honourable Vice President of Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan, responsible for technical and natural sciences.
Mr. Waliullah Shahin, the honourable Director of the Organization for Strategic Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Alhaj Abdul Satar Gharwal (a pilot), the honourable General Director of the Civil Airports of the ministry of civil aviation for his generous support in facilitating the welcome and farewell of the conference guests at Kabul International Airport.

- Organizers of this International Conference, sincerely thank all the national and international experts for accepting the invitation and travel to Kabul and participate in the conference, which enormously increased its scientific significance.
- The reconstruction of economy of Afghanistan, in various dimensions, is a necessity. By realization of the reconstruction in all those dimensions, Afghanistan will achieve its historical self-sufficiency, and in the light of this self-sufficiency, the honourable and noble nation of Afghanistan will be saved from poverty and all kinds of disorders forever.
- To achieve the goals of reconstruction, making Afghanistan self-sufficient and elimination of the poverty, participants of this conference appeal on all Afghans to unite and work together. Mainly the educated citizen of Afghanistan, leaving inside and outside of the country, should join their hands together, use their knowledge and expertise to play their historical active role in the reconstruction of the country. By doing so, we will definably succeed to overcome the underdevelopment, resulting mainly from successive devastating
Invasions.
- The participants of this conference appeal on the world community to leave the sanctions, imposed on Afghanistan, after withdrawal of NATO from Afghanistan. The people of Afghanistan suffered enormously during the successive wars resulting from foreign invasions. It deserves peace, reconstruction and development. Under the sanctions those goals are not to achieve, leading to continuation of the sufferings of entire Afghan nation, regardless their ethnicity and or religion believes.
- The participants of this conference appeal on the government of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to integrate the strategic view of Operation Ibn-e-Sina: The coming Afghan miracle on future development of Afghanistan into the master plan of economic development of Afghanistan.
- The participants of this conference appeal on the experts of Afghan origin, leaving abroad, to participate in the process of reconstruction of the economy of their motherland, Afghanistan.
- The participants of this conference appeal on the national and international investors to participate intothe economic development of Afghanistan by investing in its national projects.

The Ibn-e-Sina Research and Development Organization will thoroughly analyse and compare the feedback gathered from Afghan officials and experts during the survey, aligning it with Ibn-e-Sina’s objectives. This process will enrich Ibn-e-Sina’s vision and contribute to the Organization’s ongoing efforts to update this report.

The Ibn-e-Sina Organization will collaborate with its international counterparts who participated in the discussions to further enhance and refine Ibn-e-Sina’s operations. This collaboration aims to leverage the insights and expertise of foreign colleagues to strengthen the Organization’s initiatives.

- The Ibn-e-Sina Organization will prepare and submit the finalized document of Ibn-e-Sina’s operations in Pashto, Dari, and English languages to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will review the submitted document, and upon agreement, incorporate its contents into Afghanistan’s economic development plan.
