A brief report of the trip of Eng. Ghulam Jawid Nabizada, the in charge of the information technology (IT) department of Ibn-E-Sina Research and Development Organization (ISRDO) to Kabul.

 Eng. Ghulam Jawid Nabizada, the in charge of the IT department of Ibn-E-Sina, who is an expert in electronic governance (E-Governance) and the creation of data centers with several years of work experience, is on a business trip to Kabul.

ISRDO is ready to provide professional and specialized cooperation with Afghan government departments in the fields of electronic governance (E-Governance) and creation of Data Centers.

Meeting with His Excellency the Minister of Urban Development and Housing

Eng. Ghulam Jawid Nabizada, the in charge of the information technology (IT) department of ISRDO and Honorable Masoud Barakzai, the head of the office of this organization, met the honorable Mawlawi Sahib Hamdullah Nomani, His Excellency the Minister of Urban Development and Housing and the officials of the technology department Information (IT) of that ministry at the headquarters of that ministry and had detailed discussions on the needs and priorities of that ministry and agreed on the next steps.

The management and executive boards of ISRDO are sincerely grateful for the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Urban Development and Housing and the officials of the Information Technology (IT) Department of that esteemed Ministry, who provided the basis for such a meeting for the in charge of the Information Technology (IT) Department of this organization. The organization wishes him more success in rebuilding the country from the Almighty God.

Meeting with His Excellency the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology

Eng. Ghulam Jawid Nabizada, the in charge of the information technology (IT) department of ISRDO and Honorable Masoud Barakzai, the head of the office of this organization met the Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani, His Excellency the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology and Officials of different branches of that respected ministry at the headquarters of that ministry.

Honorable Ghulam Jawid Nabizada provided detailed information about the capacities of ISRDO in the areas of electronic governance (E-Governance) and the creation of data centers and the interest and motivation of this organization to cooperate with the honorable Ministry of Telecommunications. They had all-round professional discussions. This working meeting was a fruitful meeting and both sides agreed on the next steps.

Meeting with the respected officials of Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute

Eng. Ghulam Jawid Nabizada, the in charge of the Information Technology (IT) Department of ISRDO and Jawad Nikzad, a member of this organization, met with the respected officials of the Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute and discussed the plan of electronic governance (E-Governance) and the creation of Data Centers and did the initial talks.

ISRDO expressed its satisfaction for providing the basis for this discussion and the interest of this department to improve the IT sector and hopes to achieve the desired results in the future.

Scientific seminar at the University of Ghargistan

Eng. Ghulam Jawid Nabizadah, the in charge of the Information Technology (IT) Department of ISRDO, in coordination with the University of Ghargistan – Faculty of Computer Science, held a scientific-educational seminar entitled (Software Development Architecture) to raise the knowledge level of the students of this university.

This seminar was launched with the aim of improving the knowledge and skills of software development and familiarization with advanced designs in this field, which was warmly welcomed by the leadership of this great scientific institution and the students of information technology.

The main axes of this seminar:

  1. Introducing the basic principles and concepts of software development design;
  2. Examining common and advanced software designs;
  3. Studying practical examples and successful experiences in the field of software development;
  4. Familiarity with modern software design tools and techniques.

This scientific seminar was warmly welcomed by the leadership of the University of Ghargistan and the students of this scientific institution, and discussions were held about holding such seminars in the future.
